Corn starch Salt Corn oil

DIY → Wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt

Procedure Finely chop up celery and pork Corn → bought packaged

Procedure Place everything in a large bowl
Add in 5-10ml of chicken bouillon powder, corn starch, and salt Mix well → to create a sticky texture

Procedure Forming the dumpling
Techniques → Form crescent shape, pleated pattern Using a fork Step 1 Step 2 Step 3

Procedure Boil or steam Steam → 8 to 10 minutes
max heat for ~ 10 dumplings Boil → 8 to 10 minutes medium heat for ~ 10 dumplings sign: floating fragile & easy to break
