Non Discloser Agreement. NDA is signed between both the parties.
Drafting of Letter of Interest ( LOI),Agreement etc.
Final terms and conditions with the Franchisee is being Signed on the LOI & Agreement Sheet
Finalizing the Site Selection Criteria and assistance to the client in finalizing site
Site Approval based on IP 4 Networkers Min. Requirement.
Prime Location with road side facing property.
Location near education institutions ,like professional college or university will be added advantage.
Reference Check
Credit Verification of the applicant.
