2. The Milestone Reporting Portal
Purpose: As part of the summit implementation (Mine Health and Safety Summit 2014), stakeholders have agreed to develop an electronic system for the collection, reporting and monitoring of the Summit Milestones targets agreed by the stakeholders of the mining industry.

3. System applicability:
System has the following features:
Mines to access the system for reporting
Allowance for users to access the system
Registering of mines into the system – first time users
Reporting workflow from the nurse to doctor to GM
Retrieval of reports by mines

4. Registering as a user on the system.
Open (google chrome or internet explorer)

5. 2. Enter your mine code (This can be verified with DMR) if the mine is not appearing)
enter your details and click on register.
NB: Please note that after registering you will need to call Mine Health and Safety Council for approval, immediately after you receive the massage pop up that you have been registered.

6. 2. Capturing of data after the approval from the
Mine Health and Safety Council.

Add an additional mine

7. 2.3 Occupational Hygiene: Noise 2.2 Culture Transformation (CTF)
Insert a spreadsheet
NB: Where the target is not reached or reached an attachment is needed, this can be in a form of a word, excel and pdf document
For more that one type of Mining and Activity use the +- Button on the left hand corner

8. Inheriting from previous quarter on noise
If there are no changes from the previous quarter you may just click on the inherit button

9. The PRINT button has been removed: Please use REPORTS to print reports.
