2. INTRODUCTION
Many people are aware of the fashion company UGG Australia. The company sells a variety of products including coats, shirts, pajamas, sweaters , and more. However their main focus, and most popular products are shoes. Boots specifically. UGG boots are mainly worn by children and young women. However men are beginning to purchase UGG boots as well.

3. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
UGG was founded in 1978 by an Australian surfer named Brian Smith. By the 1980s , UGG’s became a trademark in California and certain parts of the west coast. In 2000, Oprah Winfrey announced UGG as one of her favorite things. This announcement popularized the shoe all over the country with celebs like Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and others wearing them. By 2010 UGG became a trademark name appearing in magazines, retail stores, and crating stores in other countries.

4. OPINION STATEMENT
I think everyone should own a pair of UGG Boots. Especially if you live in a region where there are really cold winters.

If taken care of the right way, UGG Boots can last a very long time. If cleaned whenever needed and not mistreated UGG Boots can look brand new for a while after buying them.

In conclusion, Everyone should buy a pair of UGG Boots because they are warm and comfortable, they are long lasting, and they come in many different styles so that everyone will have a type of boot that they like.
