3 Club membership dynamic
AF-wide club membership tied to a credit card has been a contentious issue since implementation in Over past seven years we have seen an steady decrease in membership. Secure a Software as a Services to remove the credit card barrier to membership Develop RFP Awarded contract in Aug with a kickoff meeting held in Sep There are currently 87 club worldwide; 67 are in the continental US or CONUS as the military refers to it and 21 outside the US or OCONUS. The club with the most memberships is JBSA Lackland, TX and the club with the smallest membership is RAF Croughton, UK.

4 There continues to be a vital role for the club
Value proposition must change by re-defining what makes clubs attractive to today’s airmen. An on-base gathering spot Activities with colleagues Spousal social activities, networking, and support Discounted dining and entertainment Broader package of benefits that provide true value to the members Loyalty rewards program 2. The member experience must be consistent with what consumers now expect in terms of convenience and engagement.

5 A 3 step attack On declining overall and active duty membership 1. memberplanet will provide a modern and convenient experience for members, and an engagement platform for admins. USAF Marketing effort will communicate the value proposition in a differentiated manner to the three target groups in a two pronged call to action.
