Interactive I have done this program at several conferences including pmi tech fest and hr Houston – great ratings and several hr directors said it was the best interview training they ever had – also we have used for our candidates from cio’s on down. The results we get better than 4 interviews to a hire the normal is about 7:1 This session is designed to be interactive – it’s the interaction where the growth happens – could be a little uncomfortable – – its breaking out of the comfort zone that the growth comes from - everyone gets called on and its fun
5
Either Way So I can all play or I can just go thought the deck and just talk for an hour and put everyone to sleep – how do you want to do it? Ok since we have lunch after this and some of you are going to bolt out of here at the end lets clap now just incase it really sucks you don’t have to feel obligated at the end

Purpose of Interview What is the purpose? Get an offer – anything short of an offer is not successful We started spending minutes with our candidates prior to an interview and what we found is that our interview to hire ratio dropped to 3 to 1 and that’s better than the industry average of 7 to 1 so we think this training works
