2. Mashreq: The youth work is not at all reconised (exception of Israel): the youth workers are volunteers or difficult to define the real role.
Maghreb: The youth work is quite well recognized by the state and the youth workers are active in the different youth centers.
Youth in Action before and Erasmus + after are often the only programme that allow to work on youth work and non formal education for some NGOs.
