Eating our foods in a rush, excessively or deficiently, and or eating too much red meats, grease foods can easily creates an acid metabolic body, and with that the immune system goes down and or in depressive or anxiety mood, and with that anything including stress will sequester the body, the mind and the spirit and there is no longer control. We all know that negative energy will bring down/up the hyperactive/depressive thinking causing malignant stress. Our Soft Belly meditation is our go-to for relieving stress, but any form of slow, deep breathing can help you relax and stay calm. We need to train the mind, body and spirit Eating healthy diet, and breathing properly will oxygenate our body and with that the brain which will maintain the mind calm and the body in balance positive thinking provide positive energy Having healthy foods will help the body to be alkalinized and with that the immune system will be able to fight diseases.
