4 Problem Statement

5 Dyspraxia goes by many names: developmental coordination disorder, motor learning difficulty, motor planning difficulty and apraxia of speech. It can affect the development of gross motor skills like walking or jumping. It can also affect fine motor skills.

6 Lack of mobility could be due to:
Chronic non-progressive neurological conditions: cerebral palsy. Progressive neurological conditions Diseases of the circulatory system: heart disease, stroke. Cancers, lymphomas and leukaemias. Obesity due to diabetes. Severe respiratory disorders. Injury or other external causes General ageing process. Point 2: muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other motor neuron diseases. Point 2nd last: spinal injury, head injury, acquired brain injury, other accidents causing prolonged bed/chair confinement.

7 Issues with Currently available technology

8 Traditional wheelchairs cannot satisfy everyone’s need
Inconvenient for senior users Impossible for some people with disability to use In some cases assistance is required to operate the wheelchair

9 Home care services are expensive
Cost for high-tech wheelchair is unaffordable for the average household 10,000 pounds + for hawking’s wheelchair

10 Our Solution Electroencephalography
EEG, is the physiological method recording electrical activity generated by the brain via electrodes placed on the scalp surface. measures electrical activity generated by the synchronized activity of thousands of neurons (in voltage) provides excellent time resolution, allowing you to analyze which brain areas are active at a certain time – even at sub-second timescales

11 Types of Brain Waves

12 System Block Diagram

13 Application Simple Home Automation Mouse/ Keyboard Control
Motor Speed Control (Wheelchair) Sense detection - when they are hungry, need to pee and such.

14 Business Model

15 Revenue per customer Modularization of the system into small functional units for requirement based selling of facilities Pricing Model With cheapest starting from $200-$250 with minimum profit margin

16 Invested in US EEG Market by the end of 2017
233,800,000 Invested in US EEG Market by the end of 2017

17 Market

18 Market

19 Why are we different ? Patient adaptable and customized headset
Pioneer in the local market Cheap as compared to those in the market with the same specification

20 Difficulties: An uncharted territory.
Not much products and Competition Lack of locally available solutions.

21 Marketing Strategy Brand based Marketing with dedicated marketing team
Advertisement and Social Media Campaign Collaboration with NGOS, INGOS, Hospitals and services that aid the people.

22 Financial Projection

23 How Big could ge grow? Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3
Few loyal and dedicated customers with definite requirements Design product such as sketching using brainwaves, communication tools, visualization tools, etc. Phase 2 Set up a brand for headsets for drone control, robotical assistant and game control Phase 3

24 Result And Analysis

25 IOT Control Device 1 turned off Device 1 turned on

26 IOT Control (Demo)
