LUCA Update
100% Participation in Atlanta Region – all 10 counties, 54/73 cities registered, 15 more cities working with county and 4 with another RC
Data started shipping end of February
Shipments staggered from now until early April
Shipment will be accompanied by an , check Spam
Passwords and SWIM token will come by USPS letter
DVDs will come Fed Ex – Title 13 data, TIGER data, GUPS
Updates due 120 days from date of receipt
GA Power customer addresses by county being geocoded right now
Quick update on LUCA – Held a training on 11/30 with 65 people from 41 jurisdictions. As of today the region is 85% registered – local governments have really stepped up so thank you all for your participation. Deadline for registration is December 15th, Census begins shipping data in mid-February. Still 7 more trainings coming up around the state. Also a BAS coming up starting in January. Any questions please see me after the meeting.
Thanks to Susan Miller – State GIO - statewide Google imagery at 6 inch resolution is freely available for government entities for not-for-profit use for the next two years.  Most of the region was flown this year – as late as April so although quite current can be a little leafy - with the exception of a small band in December of last year.  
The image service is available through October when a self-registration system will be implemented for free access.  Details to follow once available.

2018 BAS currently in progress
First deadline was March 1st, Final deadline is May 31st
Annual opportunity to submit annexations, de-annexations, boundary changes, road updates, etc
