2 High Level Overview of Phase 22 Release Content
Print Cover Pages (Transaction Summary and RI Transmittal Page) – For RI clients, the fax cover page has been updated to allow customizable labels. For all clients, a summary cover page with customizable labels is now available when printing. Receipt Imaging and Receipt Package Updates – New receipt package, where data elements can be customized in addendum file (for matched transactions only). Additional options for managing PDF files have been added. CM Manager Assignment File – Automate the assignment and removal of Cards to/from CM Managers, based on looking up employees, and copying the employees’ cards to the respective manager(s).

3 Print Cover Page: RI Transmittal Page Updated
For Receipt Imaging Clients, the former shipping address and faxing instruction fields now support custom labels. Existing setups will not be automatically updated, but can be changed to reflect new labels if you have the need to show different information on your fax cover page. This is an example of the Receipt Imaging Cover Page with the labels customized. The words “former” has been added to the 2 labels. If you are interested in customizing the labels, please contact the helpdesk for assistance.

4 Print Cover Page: Transaction Summary
For all clients, a new customizable transaction summary cover page has been added. This allows the user to print a cover page that contains company policy details and/or required Cardmember and Cardmember Manager signatures. When users print, the new summary page will always be included. If they do not want or need it, they can discard it after they print. If the user wants each transaction to print as well, then they would select Transaction Summary and Details. Examples of the new cover page are provided in slides 5 and 6. Note: BCA managers will need to print from the Card Data tab, as selecting a CM from the Accounts and Cycles tab does not activate this print feature. If you are interested in customizing the labels, please contact the helpdesk for assistance.

5 Print Cover Page: Transaction Summary (Print) 1 of 2
This example shows the transaction summary cover page if no search is run at the time of printing. The statistics reflect what shows on the Accounts and Cycles tab*. *Note: if changes are made while a user is logged in, they must go back to the Accounts and Cycles tab before printing, to ensure the updates are reflected in the print statistics.

6 Print Cover Page: Transaction Summary (Print) 2 of 2
This example shows the transaction summary cover page if a search is run. a 2nd section of statistics will show the status of the transactions within the search, and the name of the search is reflected as well.

7 Receipt Imaging: Receipt Archive Options
CAR Receipt Imaging now offers three options for the creation of the receipt archive file. Matched Transactions Archive – This is a new option that is being offered which will only include receipts that are matched to 1 or more transactions. The great thing about this option is that it allows more transaction level based elements to be added to the addendum files. Reference Number, Cardmember and CM Manager approvals are among the transaction level fields that can be added. Note: This option should only be used if receipts are being attached at the transaction level. Cycle level receipts is not an option for this archive package. Create Receipt Archive – This is the existing format and clients who currently use Receipt Imaging will continue to receive this standard format. Do not create Receipt Archive – This is a new option that gives us the ability to turn off the archive from generating, if this is something that you do not need CAR to provide you. If you are interested in making changes to your archive file, please contact your account representative.

9 Cardmember Management Assignment
We now support the ability to automate the assignment and removal of Cards from a Cardmember Manager’s profile. This is a great feature if you have to constantly make updates to manager profiles as it will allow CAR to take a file from you (in the right format) and load these changes. With this change you now have the ability to make the employee id field in User Profile Maintenance required. This will continue to default to “not required” unless the setting is marked a required. This setting can be updated by the helpdesk. A new drop down option has been added to User Profile Maintenance, it only applies to clients taking advantage of this new feature and can be ignored when registering or updating a user. If you are interested in making changes to your archive file, please contact your account representative.
