10 Course Delivery Self-managed learning Face-to-face seminar
Jan 2018 Course Delivery Students are provided with specially developed learning modules which allows for self-paced learning. Self-managed learning Students are encouraged to attend the face-to-face seminars for a total of 8 hours per semester for each course (i.e. 4 seminar sessions with 2 hours per session). The facilitators who conduct the seminars are recruited by the university based on their expertise. Face-to-face seminar Students have 24x7 access to online learning via the OUM Learning Management System (myINSPIRE). This further enables access to the huge collection in the digital library as well as collaborative learning with peers and discussions with facilitators. Online learning EdD Program

Jan 2018 Part 2 (Doctoral Seminar) HPEF 7094 Concept Paper Focuses on the related field of study Discusses concepts related to the problem to be investigated Must be well supported by Literature Review About 6,000 words Preferably in a publishable form (journal) In replacement of Comprehensive Examination (accepted by MQA) Oral presentation & Assessed by a Panel of Experts (2 assessors) Passing grade is B 4 credits

Jan 2018 Assignment Submission Assignments should be submitted according to the due date. Student is to submit a soft copy of each assignment via myINSPIRE and a hard copy to the facilitator. Online student is to submit a soft copy of each assignment via myINSPIRE & another soft copy to the facilitator via . Keep the receipt as evidence of online submission. WARNING: Assignments submitted will automatically undergo a similarity check. If plagiarism is detected, marks will be deducted as follows: Similarity Percentage Marks Deduction 0 - 30 5 10 100
