Number of Community Volunteers collecting water samples and change in number of samples submitted.
Decisions regarding source of water are made based on sound information and community discussion, limiting politics. (hard to measure)
Natural Resource projects or events that are the result of extension programming. These events are usually documented in the news media and the message carried to others; even if they were not directly involved.
