3 Goals The purpose of the session is to discuss goal setting and the barriers and methods that promote success or failure in aligning and achieving personal goals.

4 Objectives Participants attending this session will be able to:
Define and determine their personal integrity account level. Align current goals as principle-based goals using all four human endowments outline by Covey. Discuss challenges and barriers to achieving past goals. Write B-A-SMARTER goals and objectives to achieve over next 4-6 months.
