2 Great Britain, known as Britain or GB, is the name for the largest of the islands in the British Isles. The full name - The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

6 The River Thames a river that flows through southern England, most notably through London. 

7 The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. 

8 The Houses of Parliament
also known as the Palace of Westminster, is the seat of the two parliamentary houses of the United Kingdom: the House of Lords and the House of Commons. The most famous feature of the Houses of Parliament is its clock tower, known as Big Ben.

13 The Lake District, also known as the Lakes or Lakeland, is a mountainous region in North West England It is famous for poets and writers

14 Snowdonia  (Welsh: Eryri) is a mountainous region in north west Wales and a national park

15 Stonehenge is one of the world’s most famous monuments. It stands on Salisbury Plain, in Wiltshire, and its giant stones can be seen from miles around. Stonehenge was built over many hundreds of years. We may never know exactly why Stonehenge was built, but people probably gathered there for religious ceremonies.
