9 VISITOR REGISTRATION KIOSK
The VisitorControl kiosk performs most of the receptionist's functions: checks the visitor's documents, finds the visitor's invite, saves the visitor's full name and image and issues his/her pass. All of this – within 30 seconds. Key features: Document scanning and recognition, saving the scanned copy in the database; Biometric identification by face and palm vein pattern recognition; Multi-factor document verification; Invite search by recognized document; Capturing the visitor’s image; Issuance of proximity card or printed pass; Visitor's identity authentication by magnet card (pass) of the host. Advantages: Security enforcement by gathering all the necessary information on the visitors; Reducing the load on the pass office, especially during the peak hours; Capability of replacing one or several receptionists; 24/7 pass issuance: the kiosk operates continuously without interruption; Integration of the kiosk with popular access control systems.

10 PARKING TRACKING AND VEHICLE LOGGING
VisitorControl opens the barrier gate automatically for the visitor vehicles, allocates the parking slots and notifies the security service in case of parking rules or territory traffic rules violation. Key features: Electronic invites for vehicles, cargoes and drivers; Parking slots booking; Verification of accompanying documents and identity documents; Confirmation of loading and unloading, work delivery etc; Vehicle license plate recognition; Event tracking: duration of stay in the territory, transit travel duration, checkpoint passing; Vehicle blacklist. VisitorControl employee work time tracking is a powerful tool for monitoring the activities of individual employees or entire divisions and creating attendance reports. Key features: General and individual occupational calendar (holidays and non- working days); Work time tracking for employees/divisions/departments; Logs: workday start/end, undertime/overtime, early leave/late arrival; Tracking of work hours and days according to the employee's schedule; Business trip, vacation and disability leave logging. The ServiceDesk component of VisitorControl system allows arranging a convenient process for forwarding and approval of service requests and control their completion. Key features: Execution of service requests via web interface or mobile application; Request approval; Allocation of assignees, quality and follow-up control; Performing execution marks; Nomenclature of request types and delivery deadlines; Work acceptance confirmation, submission of quality complaints. VisitorControl offers an option for booking a meeting room for a particular time, as well as ordering additional services for the meeting, e. g. coffee break or a flip chart. Key features: Graphic meeting room occupancy chart with indication of the applicant and booking purpose; Meeting room booking by time slot from PC or mobile device; Selecting additional services or equipment; Arranging the booking with other employees; Capability of prolonging the booking during the meeting. Advantages: Information on vacant meeting rooms is available anytime to all of employees; The booking process takes from 10 seconds to 1 minute and does not require composing s or making phone calls; Employees in charge (office manager, service or IT departments) receive notifications with a request to prepare the meeting room. 13
