It is our belief that these funds should be focused on providing improved literacy learning for children and families. Should a district or consortium choose to claim indirect costs, the maximum indirect cost amount will be: -Average of indirect rates for consortium districts applied to salaries/fringe and travel only (for consortia). -State-provided indirect rate for district applied to salaries/fringe and travel only (for single-district applicants).
