Convergence Europe 2014 Keynote 11/9/ :32 AM FastTrack Onboarding Service Modalities For Dynamics 365 FastTrack TECHNICAL TALKS WORKSHOPS REGULAR TOUCHPOINTS (WEEKLY) Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 is offered to customers with 250+ seats. As part of core FastTrack engagements, the FastTrack Center will provide customers the ability to participate in learning sessions, attend workshops to contribute to a successful onboarding, and engage in regular touchpoints. Technical talks are focused on providing technical depth and best practices to empower your team with more knowledge specific to the subject areas. These talks often provide overviews of available tooling and/or content. Workshops are hands-on, interactive, outcome-based, and may involve automation and tooling. Customers and partners have the opportunity to provide input prior to the workshop and are customized for your project. These touchpoints are a core part of the FastTrack service offerings. These are typically quick 30-minute calls that continue throughout the duration of your project. Small technical proof points are sometimes provided to help remove customer roadblocks. When you work with FastTrack, there are 3 different types of sessions. Technical Talks – Knowledge transfer and learning Workshops – Hands on and outcome based Weekly Touchpoints – Keep you on track, answer questions, and help remove roadblocks.
