You turn in your time logs every week to them
They evaluate you every year
90 Day performance review (probationary period)

9. Benefits and pay Paydays are weekly on Tuesdays
3 weeks of vacation per calendar year
Up to 7 weeks of total vacation per calendar year

Please make sure you are getting your hours.
You work through school breaks!
If you are consistently late or are not reaching your hours, we can end the GA agreement
