4. RAG – Terms of Reference
To review self and external assessment of the PPR stages (including the consideration of OIE PVS Critical Competences) at :
PPR roadmap meetings

To assist with the preparation of the PPR Roadmap meeting recommendations and ensure their implementation
To coordinate and keep regular contact with the countries in-between meetings
To guide PPR training and capacity development activities to support regional and national strategies
To advise on issues or factors preventing effective progress of the PPR roadmap

5. Linkages PPR RAG and FMD RAG
Advantages:
Back-to-back FMD and PPR meetings appropriate in the region
Similar procedure and ToRs for the RAG FMD and RAG PPR
