Price Per sqm prices has continuously showed increasing. Sharply increase is found in fringe area in Asoke / Rama 9 / Ratchada and along the mass transit - green line extention, Mochit-Kukot and Bearing-Samutprakarn. However, price of many uncompletely sold projects are not increased but offerred a better promotion package.
