Customers believe all digital music is the same. Most try to play itunes in the MP3 player. Itunes do not work.
Customers don’t know there is an adapter available for many different memory cards, some try to slide the memory card directly in the PCMCIA slot. The card gets lost in the dash.
Customers load still pictures and movies on the memory cards expecting to view them on the COMAND screen.
Customers load poorly created music files which do not have good sound quality.
