No impact on the field wiring
No need for loop check

9. FMS-DCI6-DV-1 Advantages
The main advantages of the FMS-DCI6-DV-1 (ADP-ITBs)
for Fischer and Porter System 6 migration are as follow :
Existing I/O cables are just disconnected from the Fischer and Porter System 6 I/O boards and reconnected to the ADP-ITBs keeping in place the FTAs and associated I/O cables
The existing loop drawings are kept without any modification,
allowing all maintenance processes and procedures
to remain unchanged.
