This is Martha the Mouse. She has just come in to Wood Green because her owners couldn’t look after her anymore. She’s feeling a little sad and worried.

Firstly, you need to decide what cage Martha might like best!

9. Although you can buy these two cages from a pet shop, they are much too small for Martha! She would get very bored living in such small cages.

11. Next, you need to choose some nice soft bedding for Martha’s little feet. Which bedding do you think we should use?

12. Shredded paper is the best bedding for little animals like mice and hamsters. It’s very clean and not dusty!
