2 Safety on Halloween!!! Don’t talk to strangers
Don’t go into peoples cars or houses Stay with at least one other person or adult Don’t get into fights and arguments around the streets, this could hurt you and others around Watch the roads Stay on paths Take a torch or glow stick with you

3 Costumes! Make sure they are appropriate
Don’t take anything that could harm you or others Stay creative Make sure you are always visible It fits well and comfortable Use non toxic make up

6 Safety on Bonfire Night!!!!

7 You should always be careful on bonfire night as it is busy and dark and there are lots of people and cars around. You should remember to take a torch out with you so you can see. it is even better if you took a Hi-vis jacket/vest with you so that people can see you.

8 Fireworks Only adults are allowed to light fireworks because they are dangerous They have to be handled safely and responsibly because they could cause a lot of damage. They can cause injuries if they someone is hurt by one

9 Never keep fireworks in your pocket
Remember that when you use fireworks you must be aware of people in your neighbourhood! Firework code: Never keep fireworks in your pocket Do not use fireworks unless you are above 18 Do not throw or light fireworks inside Light then at arms length and stand well back when lit. Read instructions on the box and follow with care.

10 This is what could happen if you are not responsible
handling fireworks: Mrs Moss was at an organised event when she wanted to help out with the staff. When she was collecting the sparklers someone gave her the wrong end of the sparkler and it burnt her hand

11 Bonfire Night Bonfire night is a special night because you get to hold a sparkler and stand next to a massive controlled fire by adults There is no need to worry because you will be safe

12 Have a great bonfire night and remember stay safe around fireworks and
be safe
