What is Leadership? According to Keith Davis, “Leadership is the ability to persuade others to seek defined objectives enthusiastically. It is the human factor which binds a group together and motivates it towards goals.”

Leadership vs. Management
Leadership is setting a new direction or vision for a group that they follow, i.e.: a leader is the spearhead for that new direction.
