3. That video showed us some great examples of what we are working towards here at Franklin. A reminder of our Bully Free Promise. We are working so hard on this because it feels yucky when people are bullied, or when we see bullying happening and are too scare to do anything. The kids in this next video feel the same way, but they don’t let that stop them!

What do we do?

5. Stand Up! Speak Out! People who bully want attention
They want you to feel bad
DO NOT LET THEM!!
Believe in yourself
Use a CALM STRONG voice and tell them: “STOP your BULLY BEHAVIOR”!
WALK away
TALK to adults at home and school.
Use humor
Tell them “thanks for your opinion”
Turn to a neighbor and tell them what you’d do if you saw bullying happening. Share answers
The next song tells you how to STOP TALK and WALK, and this is something you are going to practice/have practiced with your teachers.

If you see bullying here today Stay calm, stay strong and say NO WAY! Tell’em to STOP! Then WALK away TALK to an adult right away! That’s right! Stand up! Speak out! Be proud! (REPEAT)
