Runoff traveling along the cement culvert has to travel up to the adjoining cement drain to travel to the outlet. Photo #1 looking north. The 25 foot long crack on the used car dealership continues to settle and dirt and dust appears to be collecting in the open voids. No methane gas was detected above the cracks.
