2. Find the Andes Mountains in Peru (S. America). Then find the Maranon River. Follow this river into the Amazon River and into the Atlantic Ocean. (You are following the path of rock erosion, the making of sediment, the depositing of sediment along the way and into the Atlantic ocean where it feeds the microscopic organisms (especially diatoms that make our oxygen).
