Focus areas for phase 5 mSCOA Project Phase V: Implementation and Institutionalisation Year 1: April 2017 to March 2018 Year 2: April 2018 to March 2019 Year 3: April 2019 to March 2020 Project Management, Administration and Communication Budgeting in mSCOA Transacting and Reporting Seamless Integration of all related sub systems Regulation of the minimum business processes Regulation of the minimum system specifications and system tender Establish continuity and ongoing support of integrrated systems Accredited training Project close out and hand over

Status of sub-system integration
To date most of our efforts have been spend on budgeting, transacting and reporting in mSCOA We need to start looking at the seamless integration of sub-systems Step 1: straight forward stock take on sub-systems What sub-systems are municipalities using? What are the functionality of these sub-systems? What are the status of integration (Not started/in progress/complete) Template has been developed to determine the integration status of sub-systems Template will be distributed to all municipalities for completion – deadline: 28 Feb 2018 Based on the completed information, a report on the integration status of sub-system will be compiled - this will determine the way forward on this focus area
