Public/Private Partnerships
High Performance and Building Design Workgroup Formed to transform the market in New Jersey for the planning, design, construction, and operations and maintenance of all new and existing buildings through sustainable design practices as measured by accepted standards of sustainable performance such as the LEED Rating System Healthy Schools Workgroup Formed to develop and maintain healthy schools by requiring the use of integrated pest management (IPM), radon testing and abatement, water quality testing at water fountains, indoor air quality testing, and the elimination or reduction of chemical use through Pollution Prevention measures.
