Task Three: Dictation (PD 1)
(1) This is a fairly average school in most ways. It doesn’t specialise in anything in particular. We teach the usual range of subjects. The sports department is quite good and there are reasonable sports facilities. There is a football pitch which is used for athletics practice in the summer, tennis course which are used for netball in the winter. And there is a very good gymnasium.

Task Three: Dictation (PD 2)
A school is managed by a head teacher or a principal. The rest of the staff include the subject teachers, the librarian and media centre assistant, the special needs teacher, the cleaning staff, and, of course, the school secretary. The class teacher is usually assigned to certain classes to see to the daily management of a class of students in a school.
