Fall 2011 Spring 2012 Degree Planning Initiative, Principles SUNY Degree Works Campus Implementations begin Transfer Finder Design and Development Transfer Finder Beta (2 schools) Transfer Finder Campus training Rollout System-wide implementation of Degree Works degree audit system Every SUNY student must have access to effective degree planning services Must be able to assess degree progress online Transfer Finder Conduct a “what-if” degree analysis across campuses through a common, SUNY-wide online system General Education, mobility programs

“My Courses” Search / Add SUNY Schools – runs search and retrieves course data from other SUNYs. Can also enter courses manually Add Other Schools – manually add coursework from non-SUNY institutions

Search by Transfer Path, Academic Discipline (CIP) and/or Campus. Select up to three at a time.

Registrar’s Offices have typically been the primary point of contact. Where are we in the process? What are the rollout plans (Inbound/Outbound, timing, training, etc.)? When / how can I have access / help test? Use cases… Dialogue among initial adopters?
