9 Create Grade Links - 1 Current grade links are supplied in refresh from HRIS in file JOBSGRADES.TXT. This keeps REWARD in synch with HRIS New Grade links are automatically created for a proposed structure when using Update Structure

10 Create a Grade Link - 2 You can create new grade links for jobs via job action link structures. Use this for jobs selected by criteria other than structure.

Fields in your HRIS extract may involve dates. Description HRIS Field or Calc HRIS Table Logic Example 2004 Actual Bonus ERNCD = QIN + DEF EARNINGS_BAL Sum of GRS_MTD for previous calendar year (BALANCE_YEAR) If current date is March 5, 2005, previous calendar year is 2004 (current year - 1) or BALANCE_YEAR = 2004 Will this work next year? Make sure to check with your HRIS extract provider and find out.
