Region Goal: Create buzz, fun and teamwork Give everyone a common goal – hold Parties Incentivize every Consultant to hold and submit at least 1 more Party Sept Meet more people to achieve Bases Loaded sponsoring challenge Build momentum going into October Our objective: More Region Sales... Kick-start the business!

4 Grand Slam Challenge Details
Every Region gets a personalized Region sales target Target is based on the % of total company sales your Region had in August…the same % of sales is applied to total company sales target for September

5 *What you have done so far in September is included in target
Region Goal Example August Region sales = $100,000 $100,000 = 1% of total August company sales September target =1% of September total sales target *What you have done so far in September is included in target

6 Part 1 of Grand Slam Challenge
Region receives a September sales target When Region achieves the sales target, every Consultant in Region who submitted 1+ Qualified Parties Sept receives a $50 PPC! * To count for the challenge, Parties must be submitted by midnight ET Sept. 30, 2015

7 Part 2 of Grand Slam Challenge
When EVERY Region achieves its target, the Top 5 S/RVPs in growth over their targets receive $1,000 CASH Tie breaker: Region with the highest actual $ growth

New Host Offer Sept 15-30: $75 Extra Host Credit for $15 US/$20 CA

9 Batter Up! When you get your target…
Subtract your September sales-to-date from your total September sales target. The remainder are the sales you need by Sept. 30. Divide your remainder target by your Region’s Party average to get the total number of Parties you need. Divide total number of Parties needed among your Leader team

10 Example Sales Target for September = $100,000 Sales MTD = $ 40,000 Remainder Target = $ 60,000 Region Party Average = $400 $60,000 ÷ by $400 = 150 Parties needed 150 Parties ÷ by 10 Leaders = 15 Parties per Unit

11 Your Game Plan 2. Hold a Region Leader call :
Get Leaders excited about talking to teams about every Consultant receiving a $50 PPC and using the new host offer to book Give Leaders their targets - get commitments Brainstorm how they will coach teams to book more Parties, Sept

12 Your Game Plan Send Region-wide email, post on Region Facebook
Share Region target - # of Parties/sales needed Plan to post a daily countdown Also recognize those on-target for September sales challenge (4 Parties)

13 Home Office Game Plan Communicate to all Leaders and Consultants tonight Consultant Facebook campaign HO team will be glad to post on any of your Region pages at your request
