You have all of the rights that are protected and offered in the U.S. Constitution

4. How is citizenship obtained?
Naturalization
1. Obtain a green card and live in the U.S. for 5 years

3. Get fingerprinted to prove you are of good moral character
4. Interview with a USCIS agent and pass the citizenship test
5. Take the Oath of Allegiance
