Are you ready for some fun? Creekside Carnival Friday, March 16 6 – 8 PM Join us for a fun, family night! Inside this packet, there are forms to pre-order your tickets and opportunities to help make the event a success by volunteering and making some important donations. What is there to do at the Spring Social? Activities Inflatables (2 tickets or unlimited with wristband) Games (1 ticket or unlimited with wristband) Sweets Walk (2 tickets or 3 turns free with wristband) Face Painting (2 tickets or 1 free with wristband) Balloon Art (1 ticket or 1 free with wristband) Craft Corner (Bracelets) Concessions CASH ONLY Chips = 50 cents Juice Box = 50 cents Soda & bottled water = $1 Hot Dogs = $2 Raymond’s Pizza $2 a slice or $15 for a whole pizza Kona Ice=$3-$5 Scholastic Book Fair cash, check, or credit card Raffle Baskets 1 RAFFLE ticket per entry (NOT an activity ticket) Silent Auction

Creekside Carnival Pre Sale Ticket Order Form Beat the swarm and get your tickets today! Purchase wristbands and tickets without waiting in line, and at a DISCOUNTED price! Beginning today through Friday, March 9, you can purchase wristbands, game/activity tickets and raffle tickets in advance. You will receive your ordered wristbands and tickets the day before the event. If your child is absent on delivery day, the tickets will be held at will call. Orders due by March 9 - Late orders will be returned - All sales final, no refunds. Wristbands = $15 each / $20 at the door Wristbands earn you unlimited access to games and inflatables. Plus, 3 free entries to the sweets walk, 1 face painting, 1 balloon art, and 1 craft corner entry. Game / Activity Tickets = 20 for $10 or 50 cents each These can be used for all games and activities. Cannot be used for raffle baskets. Prices will be the same at the door. Raffle Basket Tickets = $1 each OR 6 for $5, 12 for $10 or 25 for $20 For use in raffle baskets only.
