Ithaca is the health integration team that aims to facilitate an integrated urgent care system in Bristol How will we know when we have been successful as a health integration team? Helen Baxter #BHPhitconf

A recent systematic review we conducted to look at alternatives to acute care has provided evidence that people can be safely managed at home and this has lead to a new area of work Managing risk #BHPhitconf
