Closed a 3 year iND output extension without guarantees to maintain Licensor's Share, DRP, and exhibition commitments Close a 5 year DIRECTV output deal without guarantees to increase Licensor's Share, maintain DRP, exhibition commitments and to expand licensing to include VOD and FOD Close a 3 year EchoStar output deal without guarantees to maintain Licensor's Share, DRP, exhibition commitments and to expand licensing to include VOD and The Minisode Network License The Minisode Network to cable.nets and cable on-demand which would include a FOD TV series licensing component and possibly SPT ad sales opportunities Leverage cable interest in expanding on-line VOD and EST rights to push FOD licensing Total Revenue Main Points: These are highly stable franchise properties that generate practically risk free profitability and cash flow Above text to be divided into 2 sections Market context / strategy (being drafted by John Weiser) Execution (being streamlined)
