RPHS Graduation Survey is due May 20th.
In Naviance click on the About Me tab and click rphs graduation survey on the left

It is extremely important that this information is accurate!
Select your Post High school Plans
Select the school you are attending
For each school in your list mark your final results
Select where you need your final transcripts sent

4. RPHS Graduation Survey
Important Points:
You can only select one school you are attending
You can send final transcripts to more than one school
If you need to send transcripts to the NCAA you need to add them into your list.

5. RPHS Graduation Survey
You have the option to Save and return later or Save and I am finished.

6. How to check is everything is correct
Under the About Me tab: click on Survey History
Click on RPHS Graduation Survey

7. How to check if everything is correct
You need to absolutely sure that all information is accurate to ensure that your final transcripts will be sent.
Do NOT leave any Unknown information.
If you see any errors contact your counselor to reopen the survey for you.
This needs to be completed by May 20th.

8. Final Transcripts
Final Transcripts will be sent to your schools between June 7th and June 17th.
Diploma pick up will begin on June 20th at RPHS in the registrar office.
You must bring your ID!
