(d) What is the largest possible length of this string?

Example Looking at the average heights of women throughout the world. Indonesia has reportedly one of the lowest averages at 150 cm correct to the nearest 10 cm. Whilst the Netherlands has one of the highest average heights at 170 cm correct to the nearest 5 cm. Write down the Upper and Lower bounds for the average heights of women in these two countries.
