2. CREATING THE BANNER Create a blank PPT slide
Load the picture into a slide
Take the template fern here and superimpose / position on your picture (see next slide) – note the template used here is for Home Page banner; you will need to adjust through cropping for other sizes

4. ‘Print Screen’ the slide
Open an image editing software – one suitable free version is PhotoFiltre
Open a new canvas
Paste screen shot in and move to best show the intended area (shown here)
Then crop to just inside the blue line
Then size to needed size (unselect the preserve ratio if needed for minor adjustments)

5. Next two slides are original templates on top of a illustrative picture Below, if wanted, is a see-through Rotary logo that can also be placed on top of a picture
