13. Avoiding Medicine Misadventures
Try to use the same pharmacy or no more than 2 pharmacies.
Always carry your medicine list with you and show it when prescribed a new medicine.
Avoid combining medicine bottles together.
Check that medicines are not duplicates.
Read the entire label.
Nonprescription medicines, herbs, and foods can interact with medicines. Include nonprescription medicines and supplement on your medicine list.
