9. What's the warranty ?
1). Within one year after goods shipping date, if any quality or technical problem, we will repaire or repalce for you but please you send the goods back to us first, thus we can check what's the problem. Basically, human damage factor excluded.
2). If you just receive the goods and find problem within 7 days, after confirm with us, send back, the returning fees will belong to us, if using time longer, you pay the returning and resend fees but we repaire or replace for you for free.

Use cell phone control device open door (Usually for house owner or families ):
By phone call: Authorized phone number call device
1)Device reject the call (5#0# mode).
Cell phone call in ,device won't answer ,in 10 seconds end the call ,close first relay open door ,after 10 seconds, close second relay open door. Display Free charge
2)Device answer the call (5#1# mode ).
Cell phone call in .Device answer the call automatically ,during the two-ways voice communication press “1” on cell phone control first relay ,press “2”control second relay, press “3” control both relay .Door open display .
By sending message:
Authorized phone number send message “FRW” or “SRW” or “BRW” to control first relay or second relay or both two relay to open door .

12. Use this device call cell phone to open door(Usually for visitors)：
Use password :
Administrator or family password(for example administrator password ,family password )
→ first door open → first door open
→ second door open → second door open
→ both door open → both door open
Enter room number to call
In the standard interface
Enter the “Room number#”
E.g.:“0101#”,→ →Device will call the house owner or families:
1) Reject call to open .It will dial the Authorized phone number and hang up after short ring .The owner see the phone call and call back to open door .
2) Answer the call to open. It will dial the authorized phone numbers circularly until someone answer it
create 2-ways voice communication.) .During the talking press “1” or “2” or ”3” to control first relay or second rely or both relay to open door .
