5. Terms & Conditions All The Best
The scheme can be withdrawn or modified without any notice at management’s discretion. There may be changes in the scheme for e.g. an destination (subject to availability) which may be different from the scheme above, as required and deemed necessary by the management team.
Any mis-sell of product or withdrawal within a short time (define timelines) or any other, will not be counted or contest money will be reversed. Incentive paid can also be recovered in such cases.
AIF & Perpetual Bond will also get considered
SIP amount more than 10,000 per month will be considered as 10,000 only (max cap)
Fresh SIP amount means new to system, first amount SIP will get considered.
Sourcing employee will get 36 month upfront income for SIP amount 10k and less.
IR credit : One month after second SIP amount debit from clients Bank or Ledger
Mutual Fund sourced through MA & FAN will not be considered.
SIP AUM will not get consider for Mutual Fund Lumpsum AUM business
If SIP gets STOP or Cancelled before 36 months, IR will be recovered from IR & Incentive will be recovered from incentive or salary. For Franchisee recovery will be from FAN payout.
Direct Plan SIP will not get considered
Mutual Fund Lumpsum and SIP business will get considered as per RTA transaction data.
Mutual Fund offline business credit as per ACE back office entry data.
Offline SIP : Kindly do ACE entry on same day
For Daily MIS data from TTAdv & ACE software will get capture
Result and payout as per successful registration and transaction of SIP
Result of the contest will be announced by April 2017.
There may be disqualification if there is any serious violation of integrity, mis-selling, serious investor grievances or violation of code of conduct.
Management decision will be final and binding.
