4 Timer -Movement even inside target cancels selection. -Cursor must move outside and back in target again to reactivate timer.

6 Cross target Path appears on target Cross path before it disappears

7 Cross and cross-back with hover widget:
This method simply uses the cross and cross-back method, but expands it by adding a hover widget after the cursor pauses that shows available options for the chosen target.

8 Triple cross: Is very easy to do with a trackball, as all it takes is the user moving his hand through the target, and then back and forth where he came from. For example if the user crosses the target moving up with the cursor, he only has to pull the track ball down and push it back up.

9 The double right angle:
Sine the right angle method has been shown to be very fast and effective for goal crossing, but has a low level of safety, by adding a second right angle it increases safety of the method, while only taking away slightly from the methods quickness.

10 Cross in, then cross out over portion corresponding to selection
New options appear Cross out again More options appear Cross out over last option to select

11 Cross in, then cross out over portion corresponding to selection
New circle appears Cross out again Cross out over last option to select

12 Cross in, then cross out over quadrant corresponding to selection

13 Cross into target zone, quadrant of options appears
Cross out to activate Note how the quadrant circle is larger in diameter
