Overall promotion rates are similar Time to tenure slightly longer for women, who more often take advantage of family leave Promotions to Full Prof. and Above Scale are too few to interpret reliably regarding parity Accelerations seem to be proportional between men and women (again, too few to interpret reliably) Laboratory space allotments: seem to be similar and reflective of Division guidelines To be evaluated: size of start-up packages and/or other resources (e.g., access to shared equipment; memberships in ORUs)
