Step 3: Enter all “UPCs” for your DMSL/BCT (separated by comma-no space) . Note: UPC = UIC ( minus the W)

For DD93 Metric: Divide DD93s by # of Soldiers (4219/4243 = 99.43%)
For SGLV Metric: Divide SGLVs by # of Soldiers (4219/4243 = 99.43%)
If you drill down into the UPC to the left it will give you a more detailed report down to the individual Soldier and it will list the dates each document were received and are on file. To identify the percentages of Assigned Soldiers that have a DD93 and/ or SGLV 8286 on file in iPERMS; take the total number of Soldiers that reflect having a document on file since 21 AUG 08 regardless of effective date and divide by number of “Assigned Soldiers.”
