Step 1: Click “Unit Summary”
Step 2: Type in “AA” for Domain Step 3: Enter all “UPCs” for your DMSL/BCT (separated by comma-no space) . Note: UPC = UIC ( minus the W) Step 4: Click “Run Report” UNCLASSIFIED

Scroll down to bottom of report UNCLASSIFIED

For DD93 Metric: Divide DD93s by # of Soldiers (4219/4243 = 99.43%) For SGLV Metric: Divide SGLVs by # of Soldiers (4219/4243 = 99.43%) If you drill down into the UPC to the left it will give you a more detailed report down to the individual Soldier and it will list the dates each document were received and are on file. To identify the percentages of Assigned Soldiers that have a DD93 and/ or SGLV 8286 on file in iPERMS; take the total number of Soldiers that reflect having a document on file since 21 AUG 08 regardless of effective date and divide by number of “Assigned Soldiers.” Number of Soldiers Number of DD93’s on File Number of SGLV’s on File UNCLASSIFIED

Once all data is captured you can continue with more/new UPCs; or simply exit out of your role Once all data is captured, click “EXIT ROLE” UNCLASSIFIED

Click “Logout” At the end briefly discuss what was covered; what was learned and address any questions if necessary. UNCLASSIFIED
