What next….? Digital Procedures Procedure development
The new procedures need to be relevant and accessible to all and as such, it is the ambition of the project to provide them in a digital format. This will allow all practitioners to access the procedures easily without the need to wade through lengthy documents. Digitisation also makes it easier to provide additional research, good practice examples and support/guidance. Digitisation also facilitates more straight forward maintenance and review of the procedures Procedure development Your Regional Safeguarding Board is engaged in the development of the procedures. The newly drafted procedures will be submitted to the All Wales Academy site for everyone to provide feedback. These drafts will be presented to the Safeguarding Boards at intervals from April 2018 and will each have a set period in which to provide your feedback. Regions are encouraged to discuss the changes at team meetings and communicate the changes out to front line staff
