Continue to offer the fun and fellowship which are the glue that holds together our Rotary Club and the diverse group of volunteers. This should naturally encourage recruitment and the desire to share this fellowship with others. Members are challenged to continue recruitment efforts to keep our Club at an average size of 100.

Plan and execute visible, collaborative projects supported by sound funding and sustainable member involvement. We are in the process of applying for a Global Grant through the Future Vision Program for the “Together We Can Do Moore initiative”. This will be a three-year project that will carry us through New funding projects will be needed for 2014 forward. At the same time a long term funding strategy will be established to ensure achievement of the long term project commitments. 16 16
